AUGURY is an international production company and artist sanctuary founded by Glen Ballard. A creative atelier based in Hollywood, Augury creates, develops and produces artistically driven projects in film, television and theatre. Augury grows projects from the ground up, often starting with music as the inspiration and predicate (i.e. the Netflix Limited Series, The Eddy) to engender unique and vibrant works rooted in quality story-telling. The company is operated by Steph Whittier, an LA-based creative who has worked with Glen since 2016. Together they formed Augury Au, an artistic collaboration under the Augury umbrella that includes Back to the Future. Steph assisted Glen with the development of Back to the Future the Musical and produced its debut showcase with Bob Gale in 2017. Augury is also adapting a stage version of the film The Rose (1979), with several other projects in development.
